Purpose: Perhaps you have heard of the annual mathematical competition Math Kangaroo USA. You probably know that it takes place every year on the third Thursday in March, in several places throughout the US, and that students all from grades 1 to 12 are invited participate.

Purpose: A "Make 24" club in elementary school aims to help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through engaging math games. The club focuses on using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to find different ways to make the number 24 using four given numbers

Purpose: The purpose of FIRST LEGO League (FLL) is to get kids (ages 4-16) excited about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) through fun, hands-on challenges, teaching them to solve real-world problems using coding, engineering, and research while building teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills, all within a framework of "Gracious Professionalism". Participants build and program LEGO robots for themed missions and develop innovative solutions to a yearly challenge, fostering innovation and impact.

Purpose: The purpose of SeaPerch is to provide an innovative, hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) educational program where students build and operate low-cost underwater Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) to learn basic engineering, marine science, and problem-solving skills, encouraging interest in ocean engineering and technical careers through fun challenges and competitions. It's about fostering teamwork, technical application, and introducing naval architecture concepts in an accessible way, preparing students for future STEM opportunities.

Purpose: TThe purpose of the Junior Solar Sprint (JSS) is to provide hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) learning for 5th-8th graders by challenging them to design, build, and race model solar-powered cars, fostering teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity while teaching principles of renewable energy, engineering design, and physics in a fun, competitive environment.
